How can I access Stricker´s catalogues?To access Stricker catalogues you will have to, in the first place, send your personal information (by filling in our new client form), so that your client file can be created. After this procedure, you will be allowed to access our catalogues and price lists. Is my client file automatically created when I send the new client filled-in form?No. The client file is created after the information in the form is analyzed by Stricker. If your company’s CAE corresponds to what Stricker considers as belonging to the sector, you will be asked to send us some photocopies – you can send them by fax – of your Beginning of Business proof and the company’s VAT card, as well as its description. Only after receiving and checking these documents can your company be admitted as a Stricker client. Which are CAE (Rev. 2.1) codes usually accepted as belonging to the sector?The CAE (Rev. 2.1) usually accepted are basically related to graphics and printing activities, publicity, wholesale or retailer trade of various products and stationary. How can I know if my company has been admitted as a Stricker client?After receiving and checking the information needed for your client file, our commercial department will get in touch with your company to answer to your request. What do I have to do to access Stricker´s online system?If you already are a Stricker client and you have received the access data, you will only have to insert these data in the login field. If you already are a client but you do not have the access data yet, please contact Stricker’s commercial department. The data will be sent to you as soon as possible. Then, you will be able to use the Stricker online system. If you are not a Stricker client yet, you will have to, in the first place, fill in the new client form. After having been admitted as a client you will we sent the access data. Then, you will be able to use the Stricker online system. I cannot login. What should I do?If you are not a Stricker online system user yet, please contact us so that we can send you the access data. If you already are an online system user, the problem may be caused by different situations: wrong username or password, or inactive user. Please check with your company’s administrator user if the data you are trying to insert corresponds to the system’s database. If the problem persists, please contact us. |
